| The Louisiana Leaders Council is a non-profit, non-partisan action-tank founded on a belief in the following core principle, ongoing cultivation of young, future leaders of Louisiana. Our basic purpose is to create a sense of urgency for Louisiana students entering Louisiana's workforce. The youth of Louisiana will demand action on fundamental issues facing future generations. | The Louisiana Leaders Council believes that one day students from across Louisiana will be able to lead our state in capacities from all fields, including business, politics, law, public policy, medicine and agriculture. Louisiana Leaders Council Fellows will seek to reverse the lagging stance of our state in areas such as health care and public education. As a whole, Council Fellows will serve as leaders in their respective fields and contribute to efforts made to solve problems that lie ahead for Louisiana's future generation. | |||
