Leadership Training provided by the Louisiana Leaders Council develops essential leadership skills that are critical to advancing the interest of Louisiana’s general public. Leadership training takes place over the course of an eight-week Leadership Training Program.

Louisiana Leader Council Fellows will intern during the day in their respective academic backgrounds, while attending leadership workshops at night.

The Leadership Training Program will be a transformative process that cultivates a future generation of Louisiana Leaders. Inherent in the Leadership Training are workshops that develop leadership skills and plant the seed for a substantive, selfless approach through which students can execute true leadership.
